Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Pre-Orders
Some items sold on our store may be offered as pre-orders. This means the item is not yet in stock and is still in production.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Pre-order items may take 2–6+ weeks (or longer) to be processed and shipped

  • Shipping timeframes listed elsewhere on our site do not apply to pre-order items

  • Delays may occur due to production, manufacturing, or shipping factors outside of our control

  • Your order will be shipped once the item is completed and ready to dispatch

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping Time Estimates
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note: these are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.

Delays & Liability
Look For Snakes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors such as weather or high demand.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Look For Snakes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
